To highlight our bespoke service we use a different process to cleaning carpets. Reed which is used in natural fibre flooring can NOT be cleaned by conventional wet cleaning systems as this would cause shrinkage, water marks and pile damage. Our method leaves the end result completely dry and ready for use. Our specially designed system and cleaning products work in such a way as not to use gallons of water in cleaning and spot treating stains. In cases of particularly stubborn stains we will deal with these by hand. Liquid stains are very resistant to removal on natural fibre carpet but with our system you get the best results that are available.
