Our two stage system allows us to minimise messy work and provide a full cleaning and maintenance service without the need to remove a layer of wood from the surface of the floor. Conventional sanding actually reduces the lifespan of a wooden floor because after the floor has been sanded twice there is very often no wood left on the surface of the floor and the floor will have to be completely replaced.

There is no need to have to sand the floor with al the dust created from this activity which gets everywhere in the house. There is no need to have all the toxic resins exposed to all those in the home. There is no need to have the nails removed and replaced and have to have all the knots lifted out and banged back into place. There is no need to have to buy more wood to cover the areas the wood has been damaged.
